By accessing or using this website and participating in events hosted by All Those Creative, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Event Registration and Season Passes
Season passes and event registrations are subject to availability. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify event details, including dates, locations, or speakers.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through Squarespace’s integrated Stripe service or PayPal. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
4. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a respectful and inclusive environment for professional creatives. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior without refund. All attendees are responsible for reviewing our code of conduct here.
5. Photography and Media Release
By attending our events, you acknowledge that photographs or recordings may be taken and used for promotional or organizational purposes, including online and in print.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics, and materials are the property of All Those Creative unless otherwise noted and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Participation in events is voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Those Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our events or use of our website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
